Best place in the area
10/10 amazing price, amazing place, brand new. It is extreamly close to a Taxi business, a bakery and a 24h food place. Probably the best place you could chose in the area. I met the host, he is a very kind guy.

Die Wohnung ist picobello sauber und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Selbst ein Kurzurlaub wäre mit Sicherheit machbar.

Rien ne manque : four, micro-ondes, plaques, mangeoires pour animaux, etc. Appartement situé à seulement 2,5 km du centre historique de Villingen à pied : parfait !!!

Correcto, sin pretensiones
Todo bien, bastante equipado y con parquing. Instrucciones correctas para entrar.
Subir 4 plantas sin ascensor cargados con las maletas fue toda una odisea. Faltaba luz en el baño y cortinas en el pasillo y la cocina, nos veíamos con los vecinos del edificio de en frente. Faltó un ventilador, pasamos calor.

Molta agradable, confortable, net i complet.
L'apartament està situat en una barriada molt tranquil·la, no excessivament lluny del centre de Villingen, tot i que no per anar caminant. L'habitatge cobreix totes les necessitats i és confortable. El llit és còmode i estava tot molt net. Una molt bona opció amb una gran relació qualitat/preu.
Al quarto de bany faltaria afegir una mica de llum.
