Spaceous appartment. Contains everything you need. Very helpful host: central heating was turned off for the summer, it was freezing night and they came to bring us a small electric heater.
It is a second floor, no lift.

Gute Lage und angenehme Größe.
Wohnung war zu Beginn extrem kalt, da die Heizung komplett ausgedreht wird beim verlassen. Es hat 1 Tag gedauert bis es einigermaßen warm war, da die Heizkörper auch recht schwach waren. Vielleicht waren sie auch schlecht entlüftet...

Sehr netter und hilfreicher schriftlicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Die Wohnung war sauber, funktional eingerichtet und für unsere Bedürfnisse (Familienbesuch) ideal gelegen.
Kein Winterdienst für die Außentreppe zum Hauseingang (Schnee und Eis auf den Stufen). Der angegebene Parkplatz am Haus war meist belegt, was jedoch kein Problem darstellte, da immer ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße vorhanden waren.

Appartamento spazioso, comodo parcheggio in cortile. Nonostante si affacci sulla strada principale, silenzioso e tranquillo. Cucinotta attrezzata e ampio bagno con lavatrice. Ubicato al piano secondo senza ascensore.
Pulizia non proprio impeccabile, all' arrivo il frigo risulta spento. In bagno c'erano solo 2 asciugamani (quando ho chiesto il perché mi è stato detto che ne venivano forniti di più solo per soggiorni di più di 5 giorni, ma se volevo avrebbero fatto in modo di farmene avere altri).
