the room, tv, toilet n beds are okay.
1. the fridge was not cold
2. could consider giving mineral water bottles for free instead of charging
3. to check bed covers are clean as we found stains
4. better spread of food for breakfast to meet 5 star standards
5. there was delay in check-in like after 3pm as our beds were not ready. the staff didnt call us to update on our rooms.

Clean, professional staff and services
Egg, noodles section queue for breakfast were messy. Clear sign should be displayed where does the queue start. Can be improved.
