Clean
Freezing cold, no access to the thermostat. I saw nothing in the description of this unit that it was a shared space, and that the thermostat was in the upper level space. Our upstairs neighbors were EXTREMELY loud, even after us complaining about the noise. Our AC unit froze up during our stay. Maintenance was quick to fix the problem though. All in all…next time, we will stay somewhere else.
