Čisté, dobře vybavené. V centru. Metro kousek. Všude byly dostupné restaurace i obchody. Zároveň byl pokoj v budově kde okna směřovali do ticha. Snídaně na objednávku přimo do pokoje a moc nám chutnala. Personál moc milý. Přijeli jsme o hodinu dříve a i přes to nas pani nechala ubytovat a pak vše doklidila. Super dovolená díky super ubytování.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The furniture was in excellent condition, and the dishes and kitchenware were spotless. The apartment was well equipped with practical amenities, including an electric cooktop, a microwave oven, a washing machine, and other everyday essentials, making it convenient even for longer stays. The breakfast was good and offered enough variety for a pleasant start to the day. I would especially like to mention the lady serving breakfast, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Her friendliness and professionalism made every breakfast a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by the way communication was handled. Before our trip, communication with the owner was good. However, on the day of check-in, we were promised that the access instructions would be sent by email that morning. This never happened. We had to call several times over approximately five hours. After not receiving the promised email, we made our first call at around 11:00 a.m. while we were still traveling. We then called another three or four times during the day. Each time, we were told that the owner would be informed and that we would receive the access details shortly, but we kept being asked to wait. We finally received the information only about 30 minutes before arriving at around 4:00 p.m. By then, we were genuinely concerned that our reservation might not be genuine, as we still had no access information despite our repeated calls. This caused unnecessary stress at the beginning of what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Another downside was the layout of the property. Our room was located in a section where both the windows and the entrance door faced the inner courtyard. Since guests frequently walked along the shared walkway outside our room, we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time to maintain our privacy. As a result, we not only lost the room's only source of natural daylight but were also unable to properly ventilate the room without compromising our privacy. Four days after our stay, I requested an invoice via WhatsApp using the same contact number we had used throughout our communication. The owner replied that I would receive it later that evening. It has now been almost two weeks, and I still have not received it. I sent a follow-up message but received no response. Overall, the accommodation itself was acceptable, but the poor communication before check-in and the lack of follow-up regarding the invoice left us with a disappointing overall impression.
