Had such an amazing stay at Pearl Boutique Hotel! The staff were genuinely incredible — so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made the whole experience feel so relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. A special mention to Bojana, who was so lovely and accommodating throughout our stay. She really went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself was amazing, quite modern, great facilities and the locations was perfect, 5 minutes from old town and two minutes away from the night life. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for chilling during the day, and the cocktails at the bar were honestly some of the best we had in Malia. Everything about the hotel had such a lovely atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and would 100% come back again. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Honestly, there wasn’t really anything I disliked about the property. Everything was clean, modern and well looked after, the staff were amazing, and the overall atmosphere made the stay really enjoyable.

The hotel was very well situated, not a huge amount of noise, but it may be noisier during peak season. As the hallways are very echoee. The pool was lovely once it was cleaned. Rooms were a good size but I was on my own. Apart from that everything was good. Staff were friendly enough but I didn't interact with them to be honest.

The bathroom was ok but they could do with putting a lip across the front of the shower floor, as the water goes everywhere and it gets soaking wet and slippery. There is a glass panel but there's at least a 12" gap between the bottom of the glass and the floor. So you spend an age scraping the water into a tiny 4" sqr drain. Apart from that everything was good. Also my balcony didn't get any sun at all and I love sitting and reading on my balcony when I'm on holiday. I also thought I'd booked a self catering holiday but it turned out to be just a room with a kettle and fridge, so I was forced to eat out every day.

The room was as pictured….and the hotel however, the facilities was limited. I had no access to the pool area at all and no restaurant or bar was open until late in the day. I had to use another hotels pool and sunbeds. I was advised that this was due to early in the season.
