Bright & Spacious 2BR near Ara Institute and CBD

Friendly messages pre and during stay to check in etc (not intrusive). Nice and warm. Plenty of crockery etc and basic cooking requirements (salt, pepper, oil etc) that buying when you are away from home is just an extra thing to do and transporting it to and from is not ideal. Bathroom was so warm and the shower was fabulous - good pressure and hot!

I should have just used the other bathroom sink but didn't realise it was much bigger until we were leaving. The ensuite sink was small and tricky for brushing teeth. (compact with necessities)

Schöne neue Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war reibunglos. Es war toll und sehr kinderfreundlich.

Very comfortable and homely

Love the easy check in with the keypad, and the place was pretty clean. The backyard was nice. There was a downstairs half bathroom. Relatively close to the city via car. Comfy beds. Host was professional. Flexible with check in/out - thanks.

There's a parking spot that's a bit tight but also parking on the street. The ensuite bathroom is tiny, but the other bathroom is decent. There is only 180L of hot water, and the tank takes all day to get warm again (I had to wait from 2pm till the next morning) so that's a huge bummer. There's no fly screen door so if you want the doors open just keep in mind the place will get so many flies inside - same goes for upstairs windows that only open halfway. Dryer makes it super humid inside as though the exhaust fan inside it doesn't really work. You can absolutely hear your neighbours do everything. Overpriced in my opinion, but what can I expect for a tourist town.
