Was a good size and was very nicely presented.

It was very clean and tidy. Great location.
Beds were comfortable. The area was quiet. Really handy to shops and eateries.
Great value for money.
The lawn needed a mow and some of the dishes were dirty. We weren't able to use the dishwasher as it was broken.

Good location
Property needs some maintenance specifically the showerhead needs tightening to stay in one place
Grounds need maintaining as currently the look is not good for luxury accommodation
It would have helped to have a can opener in the kitchen kit
Only 1 bin available that did not permit rubbish recycling
We were of the impression that the unit was single story as my wife was unable to navigate the stairs
To use the bathroom due to a troublesome knee
