洗濯室があり助かりました。問い合わせの質疑に素早く対応していただきました。シアトル大学の目の前で、治安に問題ないと感じました。キッチン設備も充実していて、助かりました。寝室リビングダイニングとキッチンがあり、広くてゆったりできました。
バスタブがあるにもかかわらず。御湯をためることができませんでした。また、お湯は安定感が悪く、水になることがありました。よって、シャワーは一日入れませんでした。バスタブのカランは完全に占めることはできません。水が絶えず漏っていました。早期に修理することをお勧めします。フェイスタオルをかけるところに戸惑います。タオル掛けが必要です。

The location is so close to Harborview. Close to plenty of restaurants.
The loudness of the upstairs tenants after 11 pm. Mostly showering late and hearing the water. It was not something the owner could have avoided.

It was in a great location, walking distance to pike market. (20 min or so)
It was a bit dingy and dated, but for the price it was ok.
