cheap double bedroom with shared bathroom, without aircon

the double bedroom is in a ground floor of a house in a very central location in Gandia, in a sidestreet just off a shopping street. access is not easy by car, because of curent roadworks going on. parking on site not possible, but about 10 mins. walking away there are parking spots. close to a water fountain. price is affordable, the hosts are friendly.

the shared bathroom is stuffy and far from the room, right across the living room of the family living there. the cleanliness needs to be improved a lot. no privacy going to/from bathroom. bedroom door cannot be locked with a key, you will need a padlock. the hosts screwed a padlock ring into the bedroom door frame, but still it feels quite weird to have to padlock the bedroom door while you're inside the house, when going out. these are the major aspects to improve: bathroom cleanliness and bedroom door key. the bedroom has a window on a sidestreet that can be very very noisy... garbage collection comes at 2am and makes brutal noise. unfortunately there is no ventilation in the room, no aircon, no fan, so in the summer you have to leave the window open to get some air. still it gets very hot in this room.

Son muchas habitaciones. En nuestro caso nos dieron una en la planta de arriba que para nuestra sorpresa a través del armario se comunicaba con otra, es decir, te podían ver/entrar a tu habitación (0 privacidad e inseguridad). Se suma también que tampoco había llave en la puerta (que casualmente también estaba rota). Lo único bueno es que les pedimos irnos y que nos devolviesen el dinero y nos lo dieron en efectivo.

Gandia una ciudad descubierta

La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca del centro. La cama muy cómoda, y la atención de Gaby tambien muy buena. La calle es tranquila.

lo único malo es que el cuarto de baño esta en otra parte de la casa, pero bueno es una casa tranquila y no hubo problema con ese detalle.

Era un bajo con una persiana donde entraba toda la claridad y jaleo de la calle pues hasta los perros se meaban al lado me olía mal la atención pésima le pedí un ventilador ya que lo anunciaban primero me dijo que le tenía que haber avisado y segundo que iban a buscarlo así estuvieron tres horas o más diciendo que llegaba y nunca llegó en la cocina fui a por un abrelatas y me encontré una cucaracha en el cajón todo era muy antiguo viejo y la nevera también sucia no lo recomiendo para nada y nunca volveré, dormimos allí porque estábamos muy muy cansados la cama no estaba mal pero a primera hora de la mañana nos fuimos
