Comfortable bed.
Location
Attention had not been paid to making it a safe environment. It was so easy to fall down the stairs from the kitchen to the bathroom level. Also, there was a big gap between the upstairs sleeping area and the lower staircase. It wasn't possible to open the curtains in the living room being on street level. The TV was in the wrong location. It would have been better located in the bedroom area where contact points already exist. When residents in the rooms above flushed their toilets or took showers, the cascading water through the pipes was so loud it gave the impression it was going to burst through the wall into the bedroom area.
