This is a condo in an excellent location. It is a short walk to the beach... and it is a private beach. Which meant that while the public access beach was very crowded we were able to relax and play right at the edge of the water every day all week.
I think the only issue I had was the squeaky box spring/mattress. I toss as I settle down and get comfortable and each time I moved I could hear the bead squeak. Once I was asleep I slept like a log and the mattress was comfortable.... I just worried I was keeping my wife away as I went to bed.
