What better way to enjoy America's best beach, Siesta Key, than in the freshly renovated charm of Beachaven #8. A beautiful blend of coastal elegance and farmhouse chic, this newly updated villa is the perfect beach house to enjoy your Siesta Key getaway.
Let's start with the best little condo complex on the Key: Beachaven. This small, 60 unit linear designed complex has a wonderful, vintage Florida vibe in which there are no high-rises, no crowds, and nothing standing between you and the beach. Beachaven is one of the only complexes in which the pool is literally right in the sand and on the beach itself. There is a wonderful clubhouse located on the beach as well, so you can bring your refreshments and sunset beverages to enjoy your new nightly routine of watching the sun kiss the Gulf. And best of all, Beachaven's beach is private, therefore there are never any crowds on "your" beach.
Now, let's talk about your beach home away from home. Beachaven #8 was renovated in the Fall of 2019 to include a new kitchen cabinets, new quartz counters, new appliances, new furniture, new fixtures, new lighting, and the list goes on. The design aesthetic combines a fun and fashionable coastal elegance with a bit of farmhouse style. The unit features two flatscreen TV's, Wi-Fi, and a covered carport, which is attached to the unit.
Beachaven #8 is on the Gulf-side of Siesta Key's main road, so you can easily walk to the beach, pool, and clubhouse. There is an on-property laundry facilities, which are also steps away. And Beachaven features a full-time office manager.
For larger families looking for multiple units, you can also inquire about Beachaven #6, which is attached to Beachaven #8. (You can search VRBO to see photos of #6.)
The minimum rental period is one month, and there are many annual return renters so you are encouraged to inquire well in advance if you are interested. There is a rental agreement which needs to be signed and a security deposit that will be due, both of which the on-site manager will facilitate prior to arrival. Great place and quick walk to our favorite beach. Nicely renovated kitchen and rest of unit very nice too. Everything was exactly as pictured online. Owner was extremely accommodating answering all of my questions prior to our arrival. Look forward to staying again.
