About this apartment rental
We own in the most beautifully maintained grounds on the key with the most unique architecture as well. Enjoy our 2br 2bath ground floor condo. 30’ to the pool, tennis courts, Weber gas grills, and picnic table . Or cross the street to private deeded beach ranked #1 beach in the US. Enjoy bayside fishing on the fishing deck. 1280 square feet of living space. At the end of the day, kick back in the screened in lanai and cook some freshly caught dinner. Play corn hole in the yard... Just have fun and make memories. Our property is also perfect for families with napping children. So close to the pool baby monitors work.

Lovely stay at Gulf and Bay. Great location, right by the pool, short walk to beach. The unit has everything you need for a home away from home beach vacation. Back pack beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler and much more.
The interior has a good lay out and is furnished very nicely. Fun beachy feel. We really enjoyed the screened in Lanai. Kitchen well equipped.
Wonderful experience with our host JD. He communicated everything we needed and responded quickly by text.

This property was exceptionally clean, provided everything we needed and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to see the amount of beach supplies, I had not noticed this being listed on the orig. listing. The lanai was perfect and we used it often.
Didn't put much thought into the 'private beach' access, but upon arrival, realized what an incredible benefit this was!
Loved our stay.
