The apartment was in a perfect location being close to downtown. It was clean and comfortable with extra things provided. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was provided. We would definitely recommend people stay here when in Armidale.

This little unit was just what we needed. 2 bedrooms and well equipped. The location was right in town, literally on the Mall.
Finding the unit in the dark was a bit tricky, especially after a long drive. Bit a quick call to the owners sorted us out.

The apartment was beautiful and very well furnished. The rooms were very clean, and the beds in both rooms were comfortable. Mint chocolate and the bottle of wine were absolutely divine. Great to have a decent-sized milk carton. My 96-year-old mother-in-law and I loved the apartment, and she made an effort to walk those stairs. I would definitely book it again.
The rather steep long staircase to access the only door to the apartment. It is not recommended for an elderly or those with disabilities or/with difficulties to walk up the stairs.
