The cottage is very comfortable and has everything you need. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom and kitchen are very smart. The bush location on the edge of Armidale is very quiet.

Quiet location, clean facility
We had trouble locating how to get in...I phoned the owner who was away. We had to park quite far away from the accomodation, as there are 2 accomodations together and one parking bay. And there is a list of things that you are required to do for leaving....that I would consider are part of the cleaning fee and accomodation costs. You also need to drive 10 mins for meals or food etc.
