Realized it was on the 2nd floor, street side, after arriving, thought it was on the 7th floor

This is by far the best place we have stayed in the Philippines. The unit is clean, spacious and easy to live in. The property is out of town and quiet. Not a lot of traffic, which we liked. Jenny is a great host! Any time I have a question, she is quick to get back to me. We rented a scooter and then a car from this location. Very easy to get around. Also there are lots of trikes at the corner if you don’t want to drive. Stores and Sari Saris are plentiful on the street where you can buy almost anything from alcohol to fresh vegetables and meat, at a reasonable price. There is also a water filling station there that you can take your 7 or 8L jugs and get refilled for only 10p. There are plenty of good restaurants a short drive away in any direction. This is our second unit we have stayed in with Jenny as our host in the same building. Stayed for a week, went to El Nido for a week and came back for a week.

There is not a lot of counter space in this unit do to the fact that you have a dual burner induction cooker. Pots and pans are small also. We made it work. We probably like to cook more than most. We have been in this country for months.

Property is nice and modern; with good amenities. The host was a strength helpful and helped book excursions while being very responsive.

Room smelled a bit musky when I arrived, lighting a candle would have helped

Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft, das kommt auf den Fotos gar nicht so rüber, das ist eine richtige wohlfühl Wohnung.

Mir ist eine Tasse kaputtgegangen, also heruntergefallen, das habe ich dann per WhatsApp mitgeteilt woraufhin mir dies in Rechnung gestellt werden sollte. Ich habe dann nach einem Beleg gefragt und seitdem nichts mehr gehört. Wo gehobelt wird fallen nun mal Späne ist meine Meinung. Das war das einzige zu bemängeln, ansonsten wirklich ein ganz super gemütliches Wohlfühlambiente.
