Verdant Resort Condo with Pool, Balcony, Near Airport and Beach

This property is clean with all the modern conveniences you will need. There are dishes and pots and pans for light cooking. The bed is comfortable, (bunk beds we did not use), and the linens are clean and in good condition. The space is quite large with ample room to relax and watch tv etc. The location is great for us. We rented a scooter then later a car delivered to the condo. It’s not near downtown if you are on foot, but there are plenty of trikes at the corner to get you anywhere you want to go. It’s more relaxed out here away from the noise. There is a nice restaurant on the water nearby that we like and there are many places on Rizal this side of downtown to explore. We will be back. Jenny is very nice and very accommodating.

The only negative I have about the property is that the pool needs to be vacuumed more often. They do shock it and scoop the leaves out but that seems to be as far as it goes, which is common in the Philippines.

Everything was great! Location was prime and unit was beautiful. Our host was very responsive as well and recommended lots of tours!

Clean and easy checked in as per instruction. This is by far the best accommodation we stayed whilst in the Philippines. Very cheap as well. Thank you and well done to the host.
