Posizione eccellente per partecipare ai concerti dell'evento Firenze Rocks. Dimensioni dell'alloggio soddisfacenti. Check-in facile e rapido.
Alloggio situato in una zona ad alto traffico e pertanto piuttosto rumoroso (anche i per vicini che sono stati molesti sin dalle prime ore del mattino). Doccia, benché pulita e di ottime dimensioni, completamente intasata con conseguente acqua stagnante.

La posizione, gli spazi, il parcheggio
Pulizia carente e trascuratezza: biscotti nell’armadio, lenzuola sporche nell’armadio, mozzicone di sigaretta sulla mensola in camera da letto, piastra ad induzione unta, mancanza di coperte. Abbiamo contattato l’host per segnalare la necessitata di coperte causa problemi di salute ma la risposta è stata quella di usare il condizionatore. Due degli ospiti sono soggetti da patologie respiratorie ed il condizionatore, cosi come consigliato dal gestore, non era la soluzione. Uno degli ospiti si è infatti ammalato. Portare due coperte non ci sembra una richiesta impossibile. Ah, doghe del tetro rotte…
