Family Haven a roomy and cosy suite just 200 mt from Lake Como with free parking garage!

Beautiful, spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, one large living and dining room, large kitchen. Super clean--on a level difficult to achieve at home;)! The kitchen is fully equipped--unusual for a holiday apartment, incl. coffee makers, pans, pots, etc. We cooked several times--with success;)! The supermarket is a few minutes away by food (Conad). An ice cream shop/gelateria/café is even closer, bakery two doors down. The bus stop is also just a few steps away, to a number of buses going downtown to the sights, or to the mountains, or to the clean beaches with clean water further north, in Abbadia Lariana. The bus will also bring you to the main train station--which you can also reach by foot, with a longer walk. It takes five minutes or less to walk to lake Como and the path along the lake to the old center of Lecco with a variety of restaurants and cafés, many affordable. At a café you can get a pizza for 3.50 EUR and a coffee for 2 EUR. With the ferry you can reach the other towns, including the beach in Abbadia. Check-in is easy. Wi-Fi connection is great.

Nothing. Of course, in the summer it is warm in Lecco and in the apartment, but we did not use the air-conditioning (to conserve energy, and because we felt it unnecessary), and instead turned on the fan and opened the windows. It is not super quiet in the mornings, when the windows are open--people need to go/drive to work!--but that did not bother us. - I would suggest adding two more standing fans to the one already there, so that there is one for each room, and one does not need to move them around during the day. There are great blinds on all windows: keep them down when the sun is up to keep the place cool. The lighting is also great.

Superbe appartement bien équipé et très propre et avec garage ! L' emplacement est idéal pour visiter Lecco. Situé A 200m du "lungolago" il faut compter 15 min de balade le long du lac pour arriver au centre de Lecco. Les panorama sur la promenade sont superbes ! Le centre de Lecco est bien animé avec bars et restaurants. Il est également possible de prendre le ferry pour rejoindre Bellagio (1h30 de bateau) et de rayonner vers les autres célèbres villages du lac (Varenna, Menaggio, Tremezzo...) Merci à Andrea pour son accueil et ses conseils ! Nous ne manquerons pas d'y séjourner à nouveau pour notre prochaine visite au lac de Côme.

The shower sometimes changed from cold to hot without warnung Could have done with a closer mirror in the bathroom - it was not easy to apply makeup or put contact lenses in - although there was a shaving mirror it was too high up for me to use as I am not that tall

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung Zentrale Lage. Einkaufs Möglichkeit in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Die Garage ist nur für kleine Fahrzeuge geeignet daher musste man an der Straße parken was nicht immer so einfach war. Die stark befahrene Straße ist schon sehr laut.
