Location was good. Apartment was the size shown but a bit dirty. Parking and all that was nice to have
Staff was rude.The bedsheets smelled so much, we had to wash them. Cleaning people never came to clean up. The checkout process was tedious due to the key placement being complicated and when we asked for help they did not respond. We were not supplied with enough toilet paper from the beginning and although they gave us more the next day, it was still an inconvenience not to have enough after the first day. We asked for more towels since the ones they provide were super small and thin, they denied our request. Also, I unfortunately will never rate highly of a property that is requiring guests to throw away the trash and clean dishes and countertops regardless of paying a cleaning fee.
