We enjoyed our stay in this place.

Great location. Great view from the balcony. Gated grounds, beautiful grounds, plenty of parking. Overall, a great place to relax.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The cleaning quality could have been better.

Great views from the 4th floor apartment towards Saint Tropez.

The host showed me to my apartment and showed me the facilities. The view from the apartment was amazing with the view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

Although there's nothing that can be done about this. I was not expecting the heavy traffic on the main road between Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez all day long. I didn't go to many places because of this. For that reason I would not stay in this area again.

Comfortable apartment with everything inside that you may need during your vacations. Big balcony with a big table, kitchenette just enough to make some food, with a dishwasher.

The apartment is located NOT in Port Grimaud, but it's Cogolin, next to Port Grimaud. Although not far away, but it's a wrong information.

Le couchage cassé ( plusieurs lates) , les mouettes qui font leurs besoins dans la piscine, impossible d aller dans l eau avec les fientes dans la piscine et autour

Schöne Wohnung mit Verbesserungspotential

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, super Parkplatz, große Terrasse und großer Poolbereich. Strand in nur ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab Jalousien zum abdunkeln.

Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein. Natürlich ist es eine Ferienwohnung, jedoch hatten wir da schon weitaus besser ausgestattete Wohnungen. Es fehlte zB. Ein Fön, Salz, Pfeffer, Geschirrhandtuch, Schere, Toaster etc., teilweise Dinge die man dann natürlich nicht extra kauft. Zudem hat der Abfluss im Bad sehr unangenehm gerochen, mal mehr mal weniger. Wir hatten ursprünglich nur nach Wohnungen mit Klimaanlage und WLAN gesucht, diese Wohnung wurde uns aber auch angezeigt, weil es auch eine vom Anbieter war. Wir hatten leider nicht noch mal kontrolliert, ob diese beiden Dinge vorhanden waren. Waren sie leider nicht. Es ging auch ohne (Der Besitzer Alexandre hatte uns auch angeboten sein WLAN im Laden gegenüber zu nutzen, wenn Bedarf ist) und die Temperaturen waren am Abend kühl genug, um zu Lüften. Leider gab es sehr viele Mücken, die ohne Fliegengitter dann nachts nervten. Die Terrasse könnte liebevoller gestaltet werden bzw an den Rest der Wohnung angepasst werden. Diese ist Recht geschmackvoll und modern, auf der Terrasse gab es dann aber nur weiße dreckige Plastikmöbel. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, entsprechend hellhörig ist es. Wir hatten Glück und die ersten Nächte war es ruhig, die letzten beiden bekamen wir jedoch nicht allzu viel Schlaf weil draußen immer jemand rumgeschrien hat. Das sollte man ggf. Bei einer Reise mit Kindern bedenken.

DELUDENTE

La posizione e la vista dell'alloggio sono state le uniche condizioni che ci sono piaciute dell'esperienza

Alloggio con una sola esposizione, con mobili vecchi e condizioni deludenti. Pulizia praticamente inesistente, odore cattivo, tende sporche, stanza del wc mal odorante, pure le stoviglie dentro i mobili le ho trovate inpolverate, dai piatti ai bicchieri, alle posate o padelle, ho dovuto lavare tutto prima di utilizzarle. Nel mentre stavo pulendo un po in giro, ho provato a spostare leggermente il letto in avanti e ci siamo accorti che "la testata" di legno del letto era solo appoggiata e veniva tenuta solo con il letto invece di essere fissata come sarebbe dovuta essere. Un macchinetta per fare il caffè americano ma senza il buon senso di lasciarci almeno un po di caffè x quella settimana...un fornetto elettrico sporchissimo dentro e fuori...casa senza wifi e senza aria condizionata, ho dovuto chiedere esplicitamente all'agenzia almeno un ventilatore viste le temperature altissime nelle settimane precedenti al nostro arrivo e almeno in questo ci ha accontentati. Lavatrice non presente. L'unica nota positiva che almeno la lavastoviglie c'era, senz'altro le stoviglie da noi usate, le abbiamo lasciate più pulite di quelle trovate. Asciugamani macchiati...tende che non ti veniva nemmeno voglia di toccarle per spostarle...insomma, sarà che l'anno prima era stato tutto eccezionale con un altro alloggio sempre all'interno del residence, ma le nostre aspettative erano un po più alte, sicuramente. PS. la piscina del residence è gratis sì ma il lettino e l'ombrellone se li vuoi, sono a pagamento e costano 8€ al giorno. A proposito di lettini e ombrelloni, dato che la struttura si trova in un posto del genere, almeno due lettini, anche di quelli più scarsi, potevano metterli a disposizione per gli ospiti! Insomma, per il prezzo pagato, decisamente i servizi deludenti.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in schöngelegener Ferienwohnung

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Direkt am Pool und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat sogar eine Waschmaschine. Parkplatz ist gesichert hinter einem Zaun. Alexandre war super freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt.

Die Couch ist durchgelegen und sollte mal erneuert werden. Wir haben uns einen Überwurf gekauft. Da waren Haare vom Vorgänger am Sofa. Ansonsten hätte evtl. Eine Rolle mehr Klopapier nicht geschadet.
