Good for budgetting. Pretty much everything you need if you are travelling low-cost. Owner is rather kind and knows spoken english. Cleaning happens regularly. You had a fan for hot weather.
Parking could be pretty miserable unless you park on crosswalks. The bed’s metal bar foundation is bent so be careful not so lie on sides otherwise wood planks will slip out. If you want to cook, better to bring a knife for cutting (but that’s more like a tip than a complaint). Air conditioning is absent so during how days it’s quite rough.

habitación grande y limpia
hacia mucho calor y solo había un ventilador que no hacía mucho, nos costó encontrarlo porque la dirección no estaba bien (nos tuvo que avisar el dueño de que en booking estaba mal), cuando llegas al portal no hay ningún cartel ni nada donde ponga que es ahí y a parte es un 5º sin ascensor.
