Location. Walking distance to town and the beach.

Overgrown lawn - it was terrrible. Made it uninviting to sit on the back porch, ruined the view. Made the property look neglected in front. Dangerous car park - required maneuvering on the very busy main road as there's no space at all to do that safely within the property. There's space in front to accommodate a safer car park, this needs to be addressed as it's not worth taking a risk as such. Leaky roof - we had to put up with leaks on the roof, beside the front door and the main bedroom over the bed. We had to put a pot on the floor to catch the drip. Ill-fitting front door that constantly made a thumping sound when the wind blew. We lost sleep on our first night. We had to insert folded paper to stop the noise and protect our sleep. Curtain track behind the ranch sliders need to be replaced. It required so much effort to open or close the curtains. Please, replace the battered pan , do an inventory in the kitchen of what is worth leaving there for the guests to use. Poor customer service - contacted staff re the lawn on the first day. They replied, but then no further follow up and the lawn remained uncut during our stay (4 days).
