I liked the beach and the facilities like the market and the cafes. The stuff was kind as well in general.

They don't regulary clean the beach. Though it's still clean. The water is clean but still some people throw their rabish and it has to be regularly cleaned. The rooms need some maintenance and cleanness of the floors inside and in the corridors. There was a bad smell in the corridors and the floors inside the rooms need a better cleaning as they don't smell good. I wished there was one place to collect the keys from for a smoother check it and out.

The attitude and customer service was perfect and above expectation. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. The apartment itself was ok and not bad, value for money with essential equipment. View was great and relaxing

Accessibility is not acceptable at all especially for wheelchair users, lots of steps with no ramps. Had to walk a very long distance to get to the beach and had to cross a single carriage way to get to the beach with cars passing by on high speed. The beach was very tiny but long and rocky. We used to go to Porto several times before on what they call the Elite Customers level and this is our first time to go on a low budget holiday and there's a massive difference. With Elite holidays we used a much nicer, bigger and lovely sand beach which is completely different to the one we had to use this time. ( You get what you pay for). Most amenities and entertainments were shut due to maintenance and preparation for the upcoming season, I guess we went on the wrong time of the year.
