Mr. Victor and his team are very supporive and helpful
The chalet (21423) was really clean, well equipped, the furniture was good ,the majority of the electrial appliance and other things are working with any problems.
The view is more than amazing , the location is close to the parking and the elevator as well.
Check in and check out went very smoothly at that time.
I highly recommend to reserve this one.
For myself this is the third time dealing with Mr.Victor and i will repeat wheneve having intention to visit El Sokhna.
Generlly nothing concerning the resevation and accomodation

It was good for family kids.
Nice activities
Abit slow on checking in, paper works etc.
Considering people are tired from long journey.
