Nebula Boutique Hotel

Arrived late at night with no place to go — my apartment wasn't ready. The team here went out of their way to help a complete stranger: a phone call in the middle of the night, a room until my place was ready, and the next morning the son of the family personally drove me to my apartment and showed me around the city. That kind of hospitality is rare anywhere in the world. The apartment itself is clean, well-kept, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen is small but works well for simple meals. My room faced the street, which is lively and can be noisy — but I sleep soundly, so no issue for me. For anyone coming to Tbilisi for the first time: this is the right place to land. You're in good hands here.

We stayed there for only two days, but it was a very pleasant experience. The place is cozy and thoughtfully designed and they’ve managed to fit almost everything you need into a compact space without making it feel cramped. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There’s also a small pantry area outside the room, which is convenient for having meals or even getting some work done in a quiet setting. The lady we met, who spoke Russian, was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing to note is that the space is best suited for one or two people, and it may feel a bit cramped for more than that. Overall, it offers great value for the money, and we were quite satisfied with our stay.

Wij huurde voor 7 personen alle 4 kamers op deze locatie. Hierdoor hadden de gemeenschappelijke ruimte dus ook alleen voor ons zelf. Leuke wijk/straat vlakbij de metro. Parkeren voor de deur (betaald via de tbilisipark app).

Besteed even goed tijd aan waar de ingang is (Google Maps zet je op de goede plek neer). Recht tegenover een indiaans restaurant. Zie de foto’s bij Booking. Vraag van te voren de instructie op, wij kregen die niet op voorhand. Op de locatie zelf is geen receptie.

Хорошее расположение, недалеко от метро. Рядом много небольших магазинов и ресторанов. В номере есть холодильник.

Данный отель отсутствует на Google Maps и других картах, было сложно найти вход, тк отсутствуют какие-либо опознавательные знаки. Более того, на двери стоит кодовый замок, код от которого нам не сообщили заранее. При заселении никто не встречает, нет администраторов, ресепшен отсутствует. Гостей никак не регистрируют, никто даже не спросил документы. Номер очень уставший, обои затертые. В туалете стоит сильнейший запах канализации, который распространяется по всему отелю. Полотенца и постельное с пятнами, двери душевой кабины сломаны и не закрываются, приходилось мыться с открытыми дверьми, лейка душа течет. Вся ванная в плесени. WiFi постоянно отключается и работает плохо.
