Apartments with wine cellar in Old Tbilisi

The property is located in a residential area only about a 10-15 minute walk from Liberty Sq and Old Town, so you are never far from things, but enough distance that you can get some reprieve from the rush of the centre of town. The room is modestly furnished but it is everything you need for a short stay. There is functioning AC and small toiletries are provided as well as one bottle of water in the fridge which was very welcome after a long trip. Regarding the hill as other reviews have mentioned, it is a steep hill. If you have mobility issues it might be a challenge. The owner insists taxis will go there, we did not test this as hills are not an issue. However, the 383 bus stops at the top of the hill, costs only 1 lari and gets you into the centre in 10 mins. Oh, and the laundry facilities were greatly appreciated!

We had incredibly loud neighbours above us who sounded as if they were having a long jump competition every night from 0000-0400. This is nothing to do with the hosts and just the luck of the draw but the noise insulation might not be great. There was a spot of mould in the bathroom as it doesn’t have a window so the small extraction fan works on overtime.

Cozy small apartment in the heart of the city. The Christmas market was a five minutes walk only.

Nothing, everything was great!

Great location. But for driving or arriving with a car very difficult and no parking... Someone vandalised our hire car.... Maybe we unknowingly parked in their place.... Don't know... Walking distance to a few bars and restaurant. Drunken neighbors shouting until 3 or 4 in the morning made it not as nice as it would have been otherwise. Casa Fiori restaurant 15 mins walk away is amazing...👍

Difficult to reach, uphill and not suitable for elderly or sick person, some room has no black-out for light
