We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It has a unique charm, feels very cozy, and is thoughtfully designed. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend it for families with children, couples, or groups of friends traveling together. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. However, the effort is rewarded by a very spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed to prepare full meals during your stay. The apartment is also in a great location. The Flamingo Lagoon is about a 1 km walk away and is an absolutely delightful natural attraction. We visited both in the morning and in the evening, and each time it felt like watching the best wildlife documentary live. There is also a bus stop just a few hundred meters away, making it easy for guests without a car to reach Cagliari and other interesting places nearby. Poetto Beach is about a 30-minute walk away. Most importantly, the highest praise goes to the host, Davide. He speaks excellent English, is friendly, genuinely loves his country, and connects with guests in a very natural and welcoming way. After just a few minutes, you feel as if you have known him for years. He is also a musician, and with a bit of luck, guests may have the opportunity to enjoy one of his performances in the area. He is always available on WhatsApp and responds very quickly to any questions or requests. Thank you, Davide, for making our stay so memorable. We would be happy to return and wholeheartedly recommend both the apartment and its wonderful host.

It was well equipped, clean, comfortable flat that feels more like a proper home than a rental flat. It had everything we needed and the host Davide was very friendly! I cannot recommend more this property

The apartment is stunning - beautiful, charming, incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and clearly filled with love and attention to every little detail. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need and truly feels like home. And a very special thank you to Davide, genuinely one of the best hosts we’ve ever had! So warm, welcoming, kind, and attentive. Davide, thank you so much for making us feel at home from the very first moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
