About this house rental
Panoramic penthouse of about 100 but with a large terrace, mostly covered, where you can sunbathe, have lunch and dinner. The apartment consists of three double / twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. For the exclusive use of guests also a living room with fully equipped kitchen. It is located on the fourth and last floor with lift. The whole apartment has been completely renovated recently. It is very quiet and is thermally insulated both in summer and in winter. It is also possible to use a terrace above. It can be reached by public transport from the airport, port, stations and seaside resorts, the bus stop is about 100 meters away. Possibility also of airport shuttle with taxi about 27 Euros (up to 5 people) 30 Euros about 6 people: municipal rates. On request it is possible to use summer / winter air conditioners with a small additional cost. The area is very silent. The Poetto beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot (1000 meters) in a beautiful landscape context in the wetlands of the Molentargius Park: a short distance away you can admire pink flamingos and other water birds. The center of Quartu can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are cycle paths, Market (also open on Sundays) Pharmacies, butchers, bakery, pastry shop, tobacconist, local nightlife, etc. Present assistance shops, rental and sale of bicycles. It is possible to organize excursions by bike, on horseback, by boat, fishing and diving. Children are welcome, on request it is possible to have a baby cot.
