The big and comfy balcony, the washing machine, and the cloth hanging place. The host is nice, let us to use her own detergent for laundry.
There must be bugs or something in the balcony. Both my daughter and I had very bad bug bites (or allergy to something I don't know) red rashes and bumps after staying on balcony.

The owner of the penthouse is super friendly and helpful, providing instant help. Location cannot be more perfect. Clean and well equipped. And the balcony is fascinating.

It's a good relationship between price and quality, it's cheap and you have everything you need for a few days. If you look for something simple and relatively close to city centre by metro, it's a good option. Nice terrace
Scary elevator, leaking toilet (but clean), AC is in the living room and cold air cannot get to the sleeping room, the flat is really warm, it was difficult to sleep.
