We had a wonderful stay at this house. The decoration was stylish and thoughtfully done, and all the equipment was modern and high-tech. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids.
The host was excellent – everything we requested was prepared in advance, and they even provided detailed video instructions on how to use each facility. Communication was very fast and responsive.
A special thank you as well – my child accidentally left an eye mask behind, and the host kindly found it and posted it back to us. That was truly fantastic service.
We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Cardiff.
