We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment in Kutaisi. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the city and surrounding landscape, making it the perfect place to relax. With a lot of living space, all the necessary facilities, and a quiet location just a short walk from the city center, it provides both comfort and convenience.

The building isn’t finished so whilst the apartment is nice, there is no main door and the rest of building is incomplete.

The pictures truly don’t do justice to this place—it’s much prettier in real life. The apartment is part of a newly built property and is tastefully designed. The interiors are modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, making it a wonderful space to relax and unwind The highlight of our stay was the absolutely stunning view from the balcony. You can see the river, the mountains, and several churches in the distance. The sound of the flowing river and birds chirping creates a calming, peaceful atmosphere. I can confidently say I had the best morning of my Georgia trip in this apartment. The apartment is fully equipped for a short or extended stay. It has: A fully operational kitchen with all necessary utensils, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, Hairdryer, two cozy bedrooms with ample storage space, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, dining area, and a large TV. Perfect for families or anyone planning a longer stay. There are grocery stores, beer shops, and essentials available nearby. Central Kutaisi is easily accessible—just a 5-minute ride via Bolt or a 15-minute walk. Something to consider - The building is still under construction and, during our stay, the elevator was not functional. This might be something to consider if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. While the host's dad helped us during check in, during checkout I had to carry 5 big suitcases alone. We had to wait for the Host's dad to come to the building to drop the keys which was an additional coordination. The building itself doesnt call out the number like all the other houses which made the taxi driver go round and round before finally finding the house.

Well! the apartment is WIP. While the apartment is beautiful, its new and there are things that have teething issues. Also, the other apartments on the floor and in the building are still under construction. here are a few things that I think can be improved for a better experience 1. No tour of the house to explain things which includes where is what, where are the remotes, how to dispose trash etc. 2. The elevator isnt working, yet. The apartment is on the 1st floor and with luggage its a problem. This was not informed to us and was promised it will start working the next day but it didnt. 3. The shower was leaky which was fixed the next day. But the plumber created a mess in the washroom which I had to clean up. 3. No hangers in the washroom for towels or for your clothes. No doormat near the balcony or in the washroom 4. There is no AC in the 2nd room. when we stayed, the weather was nice so it was okay but not otherwise. Again, its not called out in the listing. 5. Curtains are too light(transparent) and by 5/6am it will be bright enough and you cant sleep. 6. Also, during the stay, the construction next door had a lot of loud noises(drilling and cutting) and instead of hosts assuring that the work will start from 11 am and will end at 6 pm, the work started as early as 9am and my kid was super scared of the noises. 7. Upon asking multiple questions regarding construction and teething issues, Salita(The host) lost her cool and asked us to leave and book another apartment instead of resolving issues. Later on she calmed down but it just left a bad taste. 8. The AC remote of the room was missing so had to call the hosts to get it to us. The main switch was also off for the AC so her had came back with the remote and switched on the ac 9. Because of the construction next door, the floor etc were quite dusty and we had to request them to clean the house again to which they agreed to clean and floor one more time which happened next day when we were out.
