Review of The Bridge Don Mueang I had a wonderful experience staying at The Bridge Don Mueang. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for travelers, especially those using Don Mueang Airport. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities, snacks, and meals at any time. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. After checking out, I realized that I had accidentally left my passport behind. I immediately contacted the property through chat, and the staff responded very quickly. They were professional, helpful, and reassuring throughout the process, making every effort to assist me in recovering my passport. Their prompt communication and genuine willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a smooth and manageable experience. For anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and well-located accommodation with outstanding customer service, The Bridge Don Mueang is definitely a place I would highly recommend.

I rarely write these kinds of reviews, but i feel I need to as a public service. I stayed here for one night, and it was clear the bed had been made without the sheets being changed. Sand, hair, dust, etc. When I asked the staff for help, she was as helpful as she could possibly be and showed me several other rooms.... and they all had the same problem: beds made with dirty sheets. Finally, I simply asked for a set of clean sheets to make my own bed and even this was a challenge. Obviously, everyone is staying one night at this hotel waiting for flights, so it seems the management concluded they could save a lot of money by simply not changing the sheets (as well as other cleanliness issues). Its just completely unacceptable. Again, I want to be clear the staff did all she could to rectify the situation; she is not at fault. This is a bad management shortcut, and I simply cannot recommend this hotel under any conditions.

Location is great. Services are very poor. Services act as family business that are poor service. Hit and miss things. 1 Owner and 1 housekeeping worked hard to get job done in the day. Sometimes, the owner yelled across to housekeeping. Also room is not quite clean and fridge still had someone else drinks. Floor still have many previous person hairs. Poor security, no evidence of paper work, return money can leave on the chair. Poor manner of the owner(reception sometime) as hospitality service.
