Alghero old town apartment for rent situated in an ancient Palace in the ramparts of the old town, overlooking the exclusive Bay of Alghero across from Capo Caccia.
50 m2 apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bunk beds, complete with wardrobes and ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, and a living room with fully equipped kitchen with crockery and washing machine TV+DVD, and a sofa bed.
All Windows have a splendid sea view, balcony accessible from the living room/kitchen overlooks the Bay and the most exclusive walk of the old town full of atmosphere and typical restaurants.
The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to combine a beach holiday with culture and atmosphere typical of the cities of art, Alghero is also renowned for its gastronomy is of land and sea for beautiful excursions in the enchanting places (Capo Caccia Porto Conte, coast of Bosa and all within the Earth).
It is also well served by the airport of Fertilia airport which is only 10 miles from the shuttle that arrives directly on the center of the city.
The location of the House is great for tourist services as it is in strictly pedestrian zone, is 500 meters from the Marina, well served by public transportation, in the heart of the historic and artistic centre of the old town in direct contact with the locals and local shops.
The provision of personal linen, sheets and towels and house cleaning are all included. there is home insurance.

Mario was very attentive during our stay and responded to my communications promptly. The apartment is on the smaller side (one bedroom and kitchen/living room area) but, it was absolutely fine for our family of five. There was a comfortable pull out couch in the living room area. The location was AMAZING!! We were on the walled boardwalk, on the edge of historic Alghero. The apartment had fans and lots of windows and that was perfect for us (no AC). In fact, one night I actually had to close a window as it got a little cool with the breeze. There is a small balcony overlooking the boardwalk. We loved people-watching and sunset watching from the balcony. Apartment was clean and bright and Mario provided lovely welcome wine. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Alghero is very quaint and walkable with tons of restaurants and shops.
My only criticisms (minor) is that the Wifi was a little unstable (more an issue for my kids than me) and I could not find any beach towels for our visits to the beaches.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche mitten in der Hochsaison erlebt in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist neu und gut eingerichtet mit allem, was es braucht. Der Check-In war unkompliziert (sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse). Die Aussicht von der Wohnung und vom Balkon aus ist unübertreffbar!!!
Am Abend hat es natürlich sehr viele Leute unten auf der Mauer und in den Restaurants, was uns persönlich aber nicht störte (gut isolierte Fenster).
Der Kontakt mit Mario - dem Eigentümer - war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Er ist per whatsapp immer erreichbar und antwortet schnell auf Fragen.

Der Blick ist das schönte bei der Wohnung. Ein Fenster und einen Balkon in der Wohnküche mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf Meer und die alte Stadtmauer. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und absolut ruhig, weil die Promenade vor dem Haus nicht mit Autos befahren werden darf. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
