    This is a great value for money budget hotel on the east side of 3rd road. Close to a 7-Eleven, bars, and Nadia's Kitchen. Staff super friendly and do the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Shower good and separated off in bathroom. Good balcony, my room on back of hotel, noise not an issue. Bed firm, room clean, air con worked fine. If you don't mind distance to beach this is good value.

    The hotel is well-located, close to everything, and offers good amenities—a great value-for-money choice. I want to say a huge thank you, especially to the housekeeping staff and the lady working at the night reception. However, one thing really upset me. Even though I had used one of the umbrellas the hotel provides for guests to use for free during the rain and had returned it, the female receptionist on duty during the day—without even letting me explain my side—told me I had to pay for the umbrella. She only cancelled the charge after I defended myself. From that day on, she didn't speak to me again until I checked out; she didn't even say goodbye when I left. I don't think I'll be staying here again.
