​We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is just steps away from the beach with stunning panoramic views (Room with sea view). There are plenty of great restaurants nearby that offer discounts for hotel guests. ​I loved the breakfast concept where you choose your main dish and local appetizers ahead of time during check-in. A huge shout-out to the lovely staff for their incredible service—they went above and beyond by calling and returning a shirt I forgot in the room. Highly recommended!

Positive: clean sheets every day, clean room, breakfast not bad but( no real tea and with no real coffee we had to drive 10 minutes to buy coffee for breakfast). About the breakfast you need to tell them the day day before what you want for breakfast, how do I know what I feel eating in the morning? (how long it takes to cook a plate of rice and 2 eggs in the moy, why you need to know the day before?) The shower works well. There is space for two large cases in the room. A good fridge. This place can cater for Thai people not for western their English is very poor. We stayed at the deluxe room at the Hotel Villa Aokhanom Beach, nearby , much better hotel with a front beach at a cheaper price than this. We are expecting to come here and have a better hotel by the description Agoda provided, as we paid more. But this is not the case. There is no safety box in the room. We drove around, and visited numerous better hotels, with buffet breakfast, beach ,gym, front beach in Khanom and Sichon with cheaper cheaper price than this place is definitely overpriced. We are not sure why Agoda would not advertise better hotels in this area. The information given by Agoda are misleading there is no front beach here, the sea is dirty and full of stones you can't swim, the nearby beach beach full of rubbish. The chairs in the pools uncomfortable no mattress very hard to lie down. The bed are uncomfortable also, the air conditioning is very noisy at night, the towels poor quality and very small, we mentioned this to the the receptionist, we were expecting more towels, but they didn't give them to us. I have asked how much is the laundry and they said I would be charged for item. The other hotel would charge 100 bath for kilo. We went to a laundry nearby on the road 70 bath for kilo. What a robbery! I am sorry but we can't recommend this hotel as the information given by Agoda are totally misleading and I don't trust the previous reviews about this hotel. Further the beaches around here are full of rubbish and the sad thing is that Thai people don't care.
