    Great Stay with Excellent Location The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, with reliable Wi-Fi and a good breakfast to start the day, Amenities and bathroom facilities met expectations and the staff were friendly and helpful. While the facilities were solid overall, a bit more attention to detail could enhance the experience. Overall, great value for the price.

    I stayed in the vip room, never expected to get such proper room on the island so it was truly a surprise for me. Every other insufficiencies of the hotel is actually the limitations of the island itself

    Not sure where the good reviews were from but that’s not what my experience was. Poor customer service by a staff member whom ordered a Filipino staff around rudely which made me uncomfortable. I was patient regardless, perhaps he was a firm boss. I picked a capsule on the top, and the “said staff” insisted I take the bottom. (Why?) When there was a blackout, I couldn’t get out of my capsule as I was locked in. Late check in, and late check out. I’ve stayed in other capsule hotels and have had exceptional service. If you want an affordable little bed space to sleep in with a mediocre customer service, this one’s for you. Otherwise, I genuinely hope you can find somewhere else.
