    The villa room is nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, we have comments below: 1. No aircon in the living room. 2. In the agoda posting, it was stated that there is television. But, in fact, there was none in the room. 3. Also, it was stated that the garden villa has full kitchen set, but upon arrival, there was no kitchenwares, and that we have to request it from them. As such, it is inconvenient that everytime we need something we have to request it from them, most especially our villa is located far from the reception area. 4. There is no telephone for easier access to the reception, we have to go out if we needed something from them. 5. There is no generator, as such, when there was a power interruption, we have no lights and the emergency light was not charged. The room was so dark and hot that we to go outside. 6. Internet connection is not good or no internet connection to the villa that is far from the reception area. We hope that all of these should be something that should be attended by the management. Thank you.

    Great relaxing place . Fabulous pool and a little bar restaurant serving drinks breakfast and some dishes . Lovely grassy area to relax . Had basic cooking facilities which was very useful . Stayed 4 nights could have stayed more x

    Stayed there for three days, clean and comfy rooms, nice facilities (they have fridges for each room), friendly host and staff, value for the price, will definitely come back again if we visit the island again.

    The room and overall stay were good, and for the price it’s a decent option. However, I was disappointed with the front desk service. Upon check-in, the staff took my ID and forgot to return it. When we checked out, I handed back the key card, asked if everything was okay, and was told yes. It was only later that I realized my ID had never been returned. Fortunately, it was eventually sent back, but this should never have happened in the first place. Front desk told me “yes I forgot your ID but you asked for late checkout?” Also lied to her boss and said I was in a rush so she wasn’t able to give it. Zero apology too. Front desk staff needs to learn good customer service. Another issue was that the front desk was frequently unattended. Many times there was nobody at the desk because staff appeared to be inside the house/building. Overall, the place itself was good, clean, and reasonably priced. It was clean and beds were comfy. It’s a bit far from most attractions, but for the cost it offers good value. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk left me dissatisfied.
