    We arrived around 11am. We were charged 2500 because check in is at 1pm according to the staff. It would have been okay if the room was clean and things were functioning properly. When we entered the room there was a very strong smell of the cleaning detergent used in the room. Exhaust fan wasnt working and the smell was so suffocating and it is making me nauseous. We called the front desk and they sent someone to check. The maintenance guy who checked confrimed that it was not working. They had to come several times to our room to keep checking before they fix it. They should have brought the replacement fan on the 2nd visit instead of disturbing us from going back and forrth . We agreed to pay an extra 2500 for early check in so we can rest asap and it was such a waste. They could have transferred us to another room. There were empty rooms anyway and it was a weekday. The bathrroom was not cleaned properly. The area behind the sink was super dirty and disgusting. There was a very foul smell near the sink on the second day, when i realized that the smell was coming from behind the sink, i peaked and saw that there was a large black grime or slime that looks like jelly that was causing the smell whenever it gets wet. It only means that they were only cleaning the front part of tue sink and not paying attention to the areas behind. For it to be that super dirty, it means it hasnt been cleaned properly for months.

    The location is near the beach and made it easy to enjoy walks and local shopping, complemented by an attentive housekeeping. Facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Great value for money with everything clean and convenient.
