    The location is at the beach front of White Beach. Nearby everything you need for a vacation. Internet speed can use some upgrade. The staff are friendly.

    Please update the photos posted on your website and booking platforms. We were expecting the facilities and rooms to be the same or at least reasonably consistent with the pictures shown when we made our reservation. We also noticed a strong fishy smell along the hallway on the 2nd floor, which was quite unpleasant. Our toilet also became clogged during our stay. Unfortunately, there was no front desk or maintenance staff available 24/7, so only the security guard was able to attend to us. Since we urgently needed to use the toilet, we were eventually advised to use the toilet in the adjacent room, which had already been used. We understand that it is currently the off-season, but this should not be an excuse for providing guests with poorly maintained or unclean rooms and facilities. Guests should still receive the same standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and service regardless of the season. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the condition of the rooms, common areas, and availability of staff to assist guests when issues arise.

    This hotel needs revamping as the photos shown does not necessarily reflect reality of the rooms etc. The tiles in the one we stayed in is lopsided and can cause accidents. Hot shower not too hot and no provided shampoo/conditioner. No towels and toiletries so we had to ask when we arrived. Room got too cold and we only had bedsheets and no blankets provided. Not my go to but okay for front beach property.
