The arrival and key pick-up was very easy, through a couple of codes and lockbox. The flat is made up of 2 rooms, a living-dining-kitchen, and a bedroom with en-suite The kitchen is well equipped, the couch is reasonably comfortable

There is no dining table, and one can work either on the floor, or on the make-up place in the bedroom The windows are all opaque, while we understand this is for security, it's quite claustrophobic, as you can't see much outside. The back-garden is very dirty and full of broken items, it requires a proper spruce up before it can be used.

The location was very convenient and ideal for attending my event. It was also close to local shops and amenities, which made the stay more comfortable. Parking was good and easily accessible. The kitchen facilities were also well-equipped and useful during the stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several cleanliness and comfort issues. The bathroom floor was noticeably dirty and dusty upon arrival. The bedding also appeared very old, with an unpleasant smell, and did not feel properly clean. The dark-coloured bed sheets seemed to conceal the actual condition of the bedding rather than present a fresh and hygienic appearance. In addition, there was significant creaking noise from the floor above whenever other guests walked around their room, which made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. I would rate it as a 3.0
