Cosy, welcome feeling. Very and homely. Felt very much at home. Would love to come again. All the shops you could need in a 5 min drive including a Toby Carvery and a Sizzling pub with an ev charger we made use of as we ate.
Only Netflix was available but this didn’t bother us. Said they were sorting this soon.

The room was comfortable and had everything you needed .Easy for my morning commute to work. Would book again
As previously mentioned by other people, the other occupants were a little noisy till midnight, not ideal if you got to get up for work.
Not your own bathroom, but I knew about that.

Great communication from host. Property was easy to find and simple to access. Plenty of parking with bus into Birmingham only a 10 minute walk away the most. Room was lovely with everything we needed and view over the garden was a bonus. Bed was very comfortable and slept very well. No issues with noise at all. Shower was nice and hot. Access to a spacious and well equipped kitchen. For the price charged it seemed a real bargain.
Nothing but if you dont like the feeling of being in a house share this is not for you as you'll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with others. Was disappointed that some.of the other guests seemed to feel very at home in the sense that they left their washing-up in the sink, clothes spread around the bathroom, and never seemed to lock the front door. This is NOT a reflection on the host but other guests.

Everything about my stay was good. Nice and clean with a full kitchen of appliances. Bed was really comfy and other than other house members the area is quiet. Private parking also
