Das Appartment war sauber und gut eingerichtet, Geräte haben funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter haben ein Taxi gerufen ud waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool auf dem Dach.

- Die Adresse war unklar, wir mussten 30 minuten suchen und nachfragen wo das Apartment liegt. -Die Lage ist nicht zentral, es war laut, direkt an der Hauptstraße, nachts und tagsüber Verkehrslärm- Der Werbespruch für die "beste Option in San Gil" ist eindeutig fehlerhaft! -Beschuldigungen ich hätte Interiör beschädigt. Belästigung im Nachhinein über Whatapp während meines Urlaubs. Der Eigentümer verlangte finanzielle Entschädigung und beschuldigte mich für die mangelnde Absprache in seinem Team. Ich habe den Anweisungen vor Ort Folge geleistet und wurde im Nachhinein beschuldigt, dass ich alles falsch gemacht hätte. Sowas ist intern zu regeln und keinesfalls mit dem Gast.
