Splendido Appartamento Navigli

We had a generally okay stay at the apartment. David was very kind and understanding, which made our stay more pleasant. The apartment itself is nicely furnished, modern, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the hot water was perfect. A bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would make this apartment even more comfortable.

There were a few things that could be improved for future guests. Some kitchen items, like the towel, oven trays, and kettle, could have been cleaner, and the washing machine had a bit of a smell and some stains on the rubber seal. The sofa bed was difficult to use: the pull-out part detached from the main sofa and moved constantly, making it unsafe and uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the shelf above the sofa seems unstable, as the screws do not hold it securely. In the bathroom, the shower drain was blocked and filled up with water quickly, and there were some yellow stains in the shower cabin aswell, which could be improved, by cleaning it more carefully. Finally, there was a draft through the bedroom window, which made one of us feel cold all night.

appartamento molto comodo moderno e funzionale. Il Duomo è facilmente raggiungibile con il tram 2, la Stazione centrale con la metro verde e l'aereoporto di Linate con la metro blu. La zona è viva ci sono ristoranti e pub carini in zona e a piedi si raggiunge facilmente la zona pedonale dei navigli.

A very good stay, the apartment is spacious and cosy and it has a nice little terrace on its own very enjoyable! The host was great very friendly and always available! Very easy to find parking in the area!

Struttura pulita ed abbastanza comoda, i mezzi per il centro distano pochi minuti dall’appartamento.

Stanza molto calda, nonostante avessimo acceso il condizionatore nella stanza da letto. Il condizionatore in sala, era staccato e non è stato possibile accenderlo. Bagno datato. E non per ultima cosa, FATE MOLTA ATTENZIONE ALLA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO E AL PREZZO DI BOOKING, in quanto l’host la sera prima del check out, ci ha chiesto ben più del doppio rispetto a quanto riportato su Booking, e solo dopo le lamentele e la segnalazione a Booking ha ammesso l’errore, e di non “essersi mai accorto” che c’era segnalata un errata tassa di soggiorno, cambiata da inizio 2026. Siamo ad Aprile, forse bisognerebbe fare attenzione. Detto ciò, vista la segnalazione, abbiamo comunque pagato quanto indicato su Booking, rifiutando di lasciare più soldi del dovuto.
