The location felt safe. I liked that there was a café on the ground floor. The security guards were very nice and helpful.
There were only 4 towels for our family of five that had booked the apartment. There was only one blanket that could be used on the couch. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer. The check-in process was a little confusing.
