Everything was great, quick-to-react and exceptionally kind host, awesome location (close to subway+buses, the river, shops, and restaurants+cafes; a lot to do and visit but still a quiet side street), all advertised facilities were available, nice water-pressure, good floor heating, comfortable beds, enough space to store things.
It’s suitable for both short and long term stays.
A bit dusty at first, water pump outside is a bit loud sometimes.
