    First of all I would like to say the position of the hotel was great but I have traveled all around the world and my experience here was very intimidating. We arrived after a long flight expecting to have a check in desk however there was a desk occupied by security guards that grunted at me to show my paperwork. A total of three inspected it I was then told I had to call the number on my paperwork. Finally I was confronted by an unknown man he looked like someone that walked in from the street, who told me my booking had been cancelled then it was one bedroom not two, after sorting that out I went to pay he said cash only. I had a debit card but no cash only this was in the evening I am 78 my friend 83 so we weren’t going out late looking for ATMs. I showed him my account with Agoda plus my booking and there was nowhere stating cash. He finally agreed to a deposit and the balance the next day. A front desk didn’t exist any questions I had I had to message him on WhatsApp and there was all sorts of rules involving fines. The fans in the apartment had so much thick fluff and dust that when you turned them on it flew in your bed and clothes. We couldn’t get the TV to work, no microwave and very noisy aircon in main bedroom.

    Location and facilities were awesome. Just a walking distance to KLCC. A nearby supermarket at Avenue K. Surely one to look forward too on the next trip
