    Very value for money, super comfy bed, crispy sheets… the breakfast is not worth getting, malaysia has way better food. Staff is very kind and accommodating, there is a pretty decent cafe for morning coffee (way better than breakfast options), a very small pool and a pretty decent gym. Overall a good option for a short stay, reliable, quiet and comfortable

    The room and facilities were very good for the price we paid. The buffet breakfast needs a lot of improvement. The food supplier needs to be reconsidered and the way certain food are cooked should really be reviewed. On the pastry was good. The rest was not good

    I did not make or authorize this reservation. This appears to be an unauthorized booking made through Agoda without my knowledge or consent. I did not stay at this hotel, nor did I use the reservation. The hotel is located in the same city where I currently reside, so there would be no reasonable reason for me to make this booking. I request that Agoda urgently investigate how this unauthorized reservation was created and how the payment was charged to my account. Please treat this as a potential fraudulent transaction and arrange for the appropriate refund as soon as possible.
