Very disappointing stay. The staff were unhelpful and the service was poor throughout. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room and no shower gel or shampoo provided. We had to go to the reception twice just to ask for basic toiletries and towels. To make things worse, I booked a double room but was given a twin room instead. Overall, the hotel did not match the booking description or basic hospitality standards. I would not stay here again.

I stayed at Anna Hotel for a night. It was an amazing place and great value for money. The staff were very helpful and the pool ambiance was very relaxing.

Fantastic location and the breakfast was good. Staff at times were not very attentive; however that did change once the 'boss' came back from days off. Pool was nice and room was ok for what we needed.
